Program terms
Northwind Partner Program terms
- Commission. You earn 30% of every payment made by customers you refer, for their first 12 months. Commissions are single-tier: you earn on the customers you refer yourself.
- Attribution. A referral counts when the customer starts a trial or subscribes within 60 days of clicking your link (last click wins). Coupon codes assigned to you count as your referrals too.
- Approval and payouts. Commissions stay pending for 30 days (our refund window), then they are approved. Approved balances of $50 or more are paid at the start of each month by PayPal or bank transfer; smaller balances roll over.
- Not allowed. Paid search ads on "Northwind" or misspellings of it, coupon and cashback sites, cookie stuffing, spam, and buying through your own link. Commissions from these are reversed and the account may be blocked.
- Refunds. If a payment is refunded or disputed, its commission is reversed.
